What is Critical Mass?
Critical Mass is a form of cycling activism where riders gather and move together through city streets.
The concept is based on the phrase: "Safety in numbers." The more riders move together, the safer and more visible they become.
The ride takes place monthly, on the last Friday, in cities worldwide.
History in Georgia
Over the years, various groups have organized the ride. In recent years, it has been closely associated with Tamaz Tikanadze.
