Riding a bicycle is not just a sport – it is freedom of movement, confidence, and a practical life skill. If you did not learn as a child or never felt confident enough, that is completely normal. With the right environment, calm guidance, and support, anyone can learn.

How Many Sessions Are Needed?
The number of sessions depends on your individual progress. Based on our experience, at least two sessions are usually needed to gain basic riding skills. Lessons continue until you decide to stop.

Is there an age limit for learning to ride a bicycle?
No. There is no age limit. Anyone can learn to ride a bicycle at any age. We regularly work with adults who never had the opportunity to learn before.
Is it safe for complete beginners?
Yes. Lessons take place in a safe and controlled environment and progress gradually according to your comfort level. City traffic is not included at the initial stage.
Do I need to be physically fit?
No special physical preparation is required. Lessons are adapted for beginners and focus on technique and confidence, not physical performance.
What should I bring to the lesson?
Comfortable clothing and suitable shoes are enough. Bicycles and necessary equipment are provided. You may bring your own bicycle if you prefer.
Where do the lessons take place?
The location is agreed in advance and chosen to be safe and suitable for beginner-level training.
Are photos and videos mandatory?
No. Photos and videos are taken only with your permission. If you prefer not to be recorded, that is completely fine.
